Question: You mention that you're based in HoChiMinh City. Does that mean you can only provide services for people in the HoChiMinh area?

Answer: No! You can be anywhere around the world! Just by using e-mail, telephones and fax machines, we can get the same amount of work done with the same high quality as we would for someone we met in person. So as long as you have at least one of those contacting services available to you (e-mail, telephone or fax machine), and you are somewhere through the world, Demenbros is at your service!

Question: Why have a web page?
If you have business cards, you should have a web page. Think of it as incredibly low-cost advertising for your business, your service, or even just thoughts you want to share with people. It allows easy updating (unlike printed brochures or cards or ads), and allows people a chance to get more information about you and your business in the way they want to receive it.

With traditional forms of advertising, you’re limited by the amount of space available (a business card is only 3 1/2 by 2 inches) or by the amount of time available (a 30 second television commercial). With add-ons like e-mail newsletters to announce updates and changes, or customer feedback forms, you dramatically improve customer response. That’s when you really start building a relationship with your customers.

Why you still need print?
"Cross marketing" (i.e. putting your web address on your other media such as business cards, flyers, phone book ads, and even television ads) is a great way for more people to get more information about you. Print is portable. You can carry business cards in your pocket, but not your web site. You don’t have to explain to people how to use your brochure, ads, or business cards. You don’t need a computer in order to use a business card.

Print is portable, low tech, and familiar. The internet will never replace it. But it’s a wise (and fun!) use of the internet to add it to your advertising and sales force.

Question: Let say I hire DemenBros to design my company's website or to provide any other of your services. Exactly how much work would we have to do?

Answer: This one is all up to you. You can give us some basic information about your company and what you would like done, and Demenbros can take it from there all the way to the finished product! Or, if you'd like, you can work with us the whole way through lending ideas and comments and adding your own style to whatever service we are providing you. Either way, you can have any of Demenbros 's services done for you or your business without ever getting up from your office chair!

Question: What if I don't like the finished product?

Answer: Demenbros doubts this will happen, but if it does, you can tell us what needs to be changed, fixed or added and we will do it. Remember, we aren't totally done until the finished product is not only perfect in our eyes, but perfect in yours as well.

Question: What methods of payment does DemenBros accept?

Answer: Currently, we accept payments either by cash or check. Coming soon though, we will accept all major credit cards.

Question: Speaking of payments, when do I pay DemenBros? Do I have to pay monthly? Do I have to pay the full payment all at once? Don't I have to pay for web hosting and domain name registration?

Answer: The answers to those questions vary depending on which service we are providing. There will be an option for you, so you can choose the best way of payment that suitable for you. You could have full payment, or monthly payment.
However, there are two other fees that are paid to two other parties that everyone with a website has to pay no matter who designs their site. The first is for your domain name (www.yourname.com). The next fee is for web hosting. You pay this fee to keep your website hosted on the Internet. This fee will vary depending on how much space you need and how interactive your site will be. Confused yet? Don't worry about it, Demenbros will set this all up for you.

Question: Once DemenBros finishes my website, what happens if it needs to be updated and something needs to be added or changed every once in a while, or even daily or weekly?

Answer: If your finished website needs to updated hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or even once a year or less, you would need Demenbros 's web site maintenance service. This service isn't listed anywhere on our site because we assume that if we design your site, you're going to want us to maintain it as well. The fee for web site maintenance will vary for each separate time we update your site, depending on what exactly we did during each specific update.

Question: How much does it cost to design a website?

Answer: How much a site costs to design depends on a number of factors:

• number of pages on the site
• types and number of graphic images on the site
• programming
• web copywriting
• online marketing

Question: How can I view my website design as it is in progress?

Answer: We can put your website design templates in a directory on our web server so you can view the final product before it goes live. Or we can put the website on your server. Whichever you prefer.

Question: How many changes can I make to the website once I view the first design template?

Answer: You can make as many changes as you wish to the design template as you wish. We encourage clients to give plenty of feedback so that we can get the design template(s) established as soon as possible.

If you request too many changes to your site design, or if you change a design template after the entire site has been formatted with the template, you will incur more charges.

Question: Do you provide hosting services in addition to designing websites?

Answer: Yes. We will provide hosting services if our clients would like it as a part of their design contract.

Question: Will you do domain name registration?

Answer: Yes, if you would like domain name registration as a part of your design contract, we will be happy to do that for you.

Question: How will I receive my design project once it is done?

Answer: Upon approval of logo or image design and remainder payment received by Demenbros, you shall have the option of receiving your images via e-mail attachment, disk, and/or hard copy. We can send you the project in the software file format of your choice, or as a PDF file that can be opened up on any computer.

Question: What if I decide to cancel a design job?

Answer: In the event that you cancel the project after signing the contract, a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract will be administered.
